Guiseley School is recruiting a Post-16 Achievement Manager to work within its Sixth Form team. The post centres on mentoring, pastoral support, attendance and administration for sixth form students, with the aim of raising achievement and outcomes. It is permanent and term-time, 37 hours a week plus 10 days, with flexible start dates from November 2026. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the successful candidate must pass an enhanced DBS check.
What the job involves
- Drive achievement and outcomes for sixth form students alongside the Sixth Form team
- Provide mentoring to sixth form students
- Provide pastoral support to sixth form students
- Manage attendance for sixth form students
- Handle the administrative needs of the sixth form
- Work proactively with students to support their development and learning
