Avery Healthcare Group’s Aire View Care Home in Leeds is seeking a Team Leader to support night shifts and assist the home management team with resident care planning, audits and wellbeing checks. You will lead staff in the manager’s absence and ensure safe, person-centred care throughout the night.
Applicants should have an NVQ Level 3 in care (or equivalent) and at least two years in a senior role with the same resident group. DBS check required.
