Richmond Hill Academy in the GORSE trust is seeking a Catering Manager to lead the in-house catering service for students, staff and visitors. You will run daily kitchen and dining operations, ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene and customer service, and supervise a small team while monitoring stock and budgets.
This term-time role also focuses on healthy eating, compliance with HACCP and food safety rules, and collaboration with the Trust Catering Manager.
