Jewish Care is seeking a Sous Chef in its Catering & Hospitality team to support care homes and community settings. You will be the right hand to the Head Chef in a busy kitchen, upholding high standards of food quality, hygiene and compliance, and you will lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is away.
The role entails 35 hours across five days, including some weekends, with a pattern from 8:00 to 15:30 and occasional evening events. Kosher experience is welcome but not essential.
