Henmore Health is seeking a Lead Nurse to provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support to its nursing team across both sites. The role blends hands-on general practice nursing with line management, service development and quality improvement.
The post is 30 hours a week, combining line management of around five to six nurses, learner placements and a clinical caseload.
Fit is decided by NMC registration and willingness to train as a Practice Supervisor or Practice Assessor.
