North Middlesex University Hospital is seeking a six-month fixed-term Band 7 physiotherapist to cover maternity leave in the Admission Avoidance Team. The role focuses on frailty patients across ED, AMU and Frailty Units, aiming to prevent admissions and support safe return home.
The post holder will lead on frailty within the team, work with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in a seven-day rota including weekends. Band 6 experience in acute care is desirable.
