Practice Plus Group is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for the Planned Care Team at HMP Oakwood, a male prison. This full-time day role runs 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday on a four-week rota, inside a secure setting.
You will assess and manage complex patient problems and provide clinical leadership to a mixed mental health and substance misuse team. Qualifications include Independent or supplementary prescriber, RSCP Part 1/2, MSc in Advanced Practice, and registration on the NMC.
