The HM Prison & Probation Service at Lancaster Farms is seeking a permanent caterer to lead kitchen operations for the prison's catering team. You will oversee people in custody as they prepare nutritious meals and help them gain skills and qualifications. The role is 37 hours per week with shifts from 7am to 7pm, including weekends and public holidays.
Candidates must hold Level 2 certificates in food production and food hygiene, with Level 3 pursued. DBS and security checks apply.
