The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a House Manager for Aberlour Sycamore Children’s Houses in Scotland. You will lead one house team, oversee trauma-informed care, and ensure staff are visible to children, including evenings and weekends.
Candidates should have SCQF 9/SCQF 8 qualifications or willingness to pursue them, and experience leading practice in a residential children’s setting. PVG checks will be required.
