Variable-hours lecturing role in Visual Arts at Wiltshire College and University Centre, offered as required during term time and currently 7.5 hours on Thursdays. The work is teaching across Visual Arts programmes, demonstrating techniques, assessing learners' work and supporting portfolio development. It suits practising artists, creative professionals and experienced lecturers, and teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential. Applicants need a Level 4 qualification or substantial industry experience.

- Deliver inclusive, practical lessons across Visual Arts programmes
- Inspire learners' creative knowledge, technical skills and confidence for further study or creative industry work
- Demonstrate artistic techniques, materials and processes in your specialism
- Assess learners' work and give constructive feedback
- Encourage experimentation, independent thinking and creative problem-solving
- Share current industry practice and professional expertise
- Support learners to build portfolios and evaluate their work
- Contribute to learner experience, achievement and progression
Qualifications
- Level 4 or higher in Visual Arts, Fine Art or a related creative subject, or substantial relevant industry experience
Experience
- Strong practical knowledge and experience in one or more visual arts disciplines
