The HC-One care home is seeking a senior leader to guide a team of care assistants across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist settings. You will plan personalised care, support residents with daily tasks and end-of-life care, assist with medications and activities, and keep accurate records.
This is a full-time 44-hour post that sets the standard for the wider team. You will hold NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, obtain an enhanced DBS or PVG check, and bring knowledge of dementia
