Inizio's Clinical Homecare Nursing Team is recruiting a registered nurse to deliver specialist care in patients' own homes, in partnership with NHS teams. The core of the work is giving prescribed IV therapies and parenteral nutrition, assessing patients and escalating concerns, while building patients' and carers' confidence to manage their own treatment.
The post is community-based with self-managed visits and travel counted as working time, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
