The core of the work is volume recruitment, owning HCA and Assistant Therapy vacancies end to end across one region, from advert to offer acceptance. Hybrid working and travel to regional sites set this post apart. Healthcare or social care recruitment experience is essential.
What the job involves
- Manage all HCA and Assistant Therapy vacancies end to end across your region, from advert posting to offer acceptance
- Manage the pipeline and keep accurate records at every stage in the Eploy ATS
- Build relationships with hiring managers across sites to anticipate demand
- Pre-screen candidates and progress suitable people to hiring managers within agreed turnaround times
- Keep the pipeline healthy by sourcing proactively and filling live vacancies reactively
- Give candidates a positive experience from first contact to first day
What's required
Experience
- Solid experience in a volume recruitment role, managing up to around 140 vacancies and meeting SLAs consistently
- Healthcare or social care recruitment experience
Skills & knowledge
- Confident using an ATS to manage vacancies and track candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates and hiring managers
- Organised and self-driven, managing own priorities without close supervision
- Comfortable working hybrid and travelling to regional sites as needed
