This fixed-term post sits in the Talent Acquisition team at Elysium Healthcare, a mental health and specialist care provider, for six months and is available immediately. The work centres on sifting large volumes of applications across several roles, progressing strong candidates against agreed service levels, and keeping the Eploy ATS accurate. The role is remote-based but requires monthly travel to Luton for team meetings, and it is a high-volume recruitment operation. Successful applicants must clear a DBS check.
What the job involves
- Reviewing and sifting high volumes of applications across a range of roles, identifying quality candidates and progressing them against agreed SLAs and hiring criteria
- Maintaining and cleansing the Eploy ATS so records are accurate, up to date and consistent at every stage
- Monitoring SLA compliance, flagging risks to the team and supporting timely progression through the pipeline
- Supporting the wider TA team with administrative and coordination tasks
- Communicating clearly and professionally with candidates, with timely updates throughout
- Identifying patterns or issues in application quality, withdrawal or processing and raising them with the team
What's required
Experience
- Experience in a recruitment or resourcing role within a high-volume environment
Skills & knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess application quality accurately and consistently
- Confidence working with an ATS or similar HR system and keeping clean, accurate records under pressure
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, prioritising when volumes are high
- Clear, professional written communication with candidates and colleagues
- Comfortable working at pace and adapting quickly when priorities shift
