Petroc Group Practice is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Independent Prescriber to join its rural dispensing GP team. You will conduct medication reviews, undertake independent prescribing, manage reconciliations, and support long-term condition management while advising clinicians and driving prescribing quality projects.
You will also oversee dispensary finances and margins and work autonomously alongside GPs and the PCN pharmacist to improve cost-effective prescribing and medicines safety.
