Hartsholme Academy, part of Harbour Learning Trust, is seeking an Enhanced Inclusion & Learning Practitioner to support pupils with communication, interaction, cognition and learning needs in the Mainstream SEND Hubs. The role involves collaboration with an Enhanced Provision Teacher to achieve EHCP targets and may include some personal care.
