Jewish Care in London is seeking a qualified social worker to manage a caseload of around 35 adults. You will carry out holistic assessments, develop person-centred support plans and deliver appropriate social work interventions.
You will assess risk, respond to referrals, advocate for individuals and work to access services. Regular travel and collaboration with partners are expected, with hybrid working options available.
