This Care Assistant post sits in the Care team at Jewish Care's Sugar & Ronson Campus, a residential setting for older people. The work centres on personal care, daily routines, meals and activities, with companionship and encouraging independence and dignity at its heart. Shifts are 12-hour days on a two-week rolling rota that includes some weekends. No previous care experience is needed, as full training and ongoing support are provided.
