Cheshire East Council is looking for a Placement Coordinator within Children’s Social Care and SEND to manage placement requests, coordinate searches with internal and external providers, and ensure safe, value-for-money provision.
You will work closely with QA and commissioning teams to reflect risk, provider status and performance data, while maintaining records and supporting sufficiency planning. Hybrid working is available.
