PA Housing is seeking a Case Management Officer to coordinate legal disrepair claims, including damp and mould, from instruction to closure. You will liaise with residents, surveyors, contractors and legal advisers across the Midlands and London South East, with hybrid working of two to three office days a week.
The role requires a DBS check and a full driving licence with car access, as visits to residents' homes are part of the work.
