Oxley Woodhouse, a specialist residential service run by Cygnet Health Care, is hiring a Support Worker. The role is full time (42 hours) on a two-week rolling rota with 12-hour day shifts and alternate weekends.
You will provide person-centred support, help residents access work, college, hobbies and holidays, and assist with daily tasks to build independence, while safeguarding and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
