- Act as strategic lead for the hub of small schools in North Devon and Torrington
- Design the hub model so that small schools stay sustainable while gaining partnership benefits
- Support and challenge school leaders across the hub
- Drive school improvement so that impact is felt in pupils' experiences and outcomes
- Line manage Heads of School, who deliver operational leadership in each school
