What the job involves
- Plan and deliver housekeeping services, including cooking, catering and cleaning, for guests
- Ensure services comply with legislation, including health, safety and hygiene standards
- Manage resources, including stock control, food ordering and consumable supplies from approved suppliers
- Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service delivery
- Work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays, as required
- Maintain a welcoming, safe and clean environment for guests
- Work closely with the Housekeeping Coordinator
