Livewell Southwest is seeking an experienced maintenance plumber to join the Estates team. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating, water, drainage and medical gas systems in hospitals and clinics, while overseeing in-house, agency and contractor staff.
You will lead daily work, manage priorities, and ensure compliance with HTMs and safety standards. A full driving licence and willingness to travel between sites are essential.
