St Helena Hospice is seeking a Health Care Assistant for the Hospice IPU to support registered nurses and therapists in delivering specialist care to patients and families. The role includes assisting with personal care, mobility and rehabilitation plans as part of a close, multidisciplinary team.
You will contribute to daily living activities, therapy delivery, and compassionate care, ensuring patient dignity and comfort while adhering to hospice policies and safety standards.
