Beaumond House Hospice seeks a Registered Nurse to join its Hospice at Home service. You will provide holistic end-of-life care at patients’ homes, manage symptoms, and lead health care assistants within a 36-hour post on a nine-hour rota running seven days a week.
You’ll work with an integrated hub team, ensuring safe care, timely discharges, and adherence to NMC/CQC standards. Right to work in the UK is required and visa sponsorship is not offered.
