Beaumond House Hospice at Home, operated within the End-of-Life Care Together Integrated Hub, provides holistic nursing care during home visits across a 7-day schedule. It is a 36-hour community-based contract with 9-hour rota shifts from 7am to 10pm, seven days a week. Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
