Wye Valley NHS Trust is recruiting Band 3 Healthcare Support Workers on full-time and part-time bases. You will support registered nurses by carrying out delegated tasks in patients' homes, including cannulation, blood and urine sampling, wound care, observations, and medication support.
The role requires a Care Certificate or equivalent level 3 qualification, with flexibility to cover day and night shifts. Access to a car and valid driving licence are expected due to community-based work.
