The role focuses on finding homes for children who cannot live with their birth parents or wider family, including leading on complex cases and supervising emergency duty foster carers.
Post-holders join the hub duty rota every other week and often work beyond 5.30pm, with agile working and a strong emphasis on safeguarding and timely placements.
