Devon Lodge, a specialist residential service run by Cygnet Health Care, provides support for adults with autism and learning disabilities. The role focuses on daily living skills, personal care, health needs, safeguarding, and progress recording. A 42-hour week on a seven-day rota with daytime shifts (7am–10pm) is offered, including two weekends per month.
