North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Health Visitor to lead the Healthy Child Programme from pregnancy to school age. You will work across bases within Halton, provide evidence-based guidance and co-ordinate safeguarding with partner agencies.
The role requires Health Visitor and Nurse Prescriber qualifications, NMC registration and the ability to travel across the Trust with flexible weekend/evening work.
