Health Education and Improvement Wales is offering a fixed-term graduate scheme over 24 months with rotations across NHS Wales organisations. Trainees gain supervised experience managing services, staff and finances in corporate or patient-facing departments.
The programme includes an academic course, coaching and mentoring, and Welsh language skills are desirable though English speakers are welcome. Selection includes online assessments and a written application.
