The London Borough of Merton is seeking a Team Manager for the Occupational Therapy service within Adult Social Care to lead a team of occupational therapists and OT assistants, covering the Integrated Community Equipment Service and policy development for community OT teams.
You will work across Community Care and Children's divisions, collaborate with ICB and NHS partners, manage staffing and budgets, drive prevention and timely discharge while maintaining independence.
