This Skilled Labourer post sits in the Exeter team of Guinness Property, the repairs arm serving The Guinness Partnership's homes. The work centres on housing repairs, with damp and mould treatment, property clearance, cleaning and general multi-skilled jobs. It is a permanent 40-hour role covering 8am to 7pm on weekdays plus Saturday mornings, with later and weekend shifts on a rota. Candidates must live in Exeter or the surrounding area and hold a full UK driving licence.

- Support the delivery of housing repairs, including damp and mould work
- Carry out property cleaning and inner and outer clearance
- Carry out general multi-skilled repair work
- Carry out basic ground maintenance
- Work later and Saturday morning shifts on a rota

Experience
- Competence in various multi-skills
- Experience of inner and outer property clearance
- Experience of basic ground maintenance
- Experience of mould washes, mould treatment and flooring coverings
- Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
