What the job involves
- Contribute to the implementation, maintenance and ongoing transformation of the Devon Epic EPR system
- Configure the Beacon (Oncology) application area so clinical, operational and administrative workflows run safely and effectively
- Analyse workflows with clinical, operational and digital colleagues
- Support system configuration, testing and optimisation activities
- Lead change management within the application
- Troubleshoot system issues
- Maintain system documentation
- Take part in testing programmes
- Contribute to major upgrades and optimisation initiatives
- Take on additional leadership responsibilities within the application
- Take part in a 24/7 and/or on-call rota for major releases, incidents, upgrades or periods of heightened activity
- Travel to sites across Devon as required
