Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service seeks a permanent part-time administrator in the Home Safety Team to support vulnerable people in their homes. You will be the first contact for referrals, assess eligibility for Home Safety Visits and arrange visits, while coordinating diaries for more than 30 Home Safety Technicians.
You will handle sensitive conversations, maintain GDPR-compliant records, and liaise with internal departments and partner agencies to promote community safety outcomes.
