Marie Curie is recruiting two Clinical Nurse Specialists for a new palliative and end-of-life service across the South Liverpool primary care network. The work centres on finding people with palliative needs earlier, through outreach, referrals and advance care planning, and on specialist symptom management.
Each nurse will hold their own caseload while working across GP practices and community hubs, rather than from a single clinical base.
