This nine-month fixed-term post leads operations and performance for integrated urgent and general paediatric care at Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust, reporting to the System Director of Operations and Performance. - Provide senior operational and strategic leadership within the System, delivering agreed System priorities
- Deliver operational plans within the clinical group or area of responsibility
- Lead transformation and continuous improvement to improve pathways and reduce unwarranted variation
- Provide assurance on performance, quality, safety, workforce and finance
- Oversee performance, workforce and access standards across designated areas
