Alternative Futures Group is recruiting a Complex Care Support Worker for the Mobilisation Team. You will travel across the North West to deliver short-term care, shadow-train new workers, and ensure all home paperwork is in place before care starts.
You will support individuals with complex needs, including brain injury, spinal injury, learning disabilities, autism and mental health, and assist with medication and equipment management.
