This Early Years Practitioner post sits at Gateway Primary Free School, one of five academies in the Gateway Learning Community, a partnership in Thurrock. It is a permanent, term-time post of 37 hours a week. The work centres on creating a high-standard early years environment that stimulates pupils' interest, progress and development, and helping to move the provision towards outstanding. A Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce or equivalent is expected, and visa sponsorship is not available; the start date is 4 January 2027.
