Shaftesbury is seeking an Enabling Support Worker to assist one woman in living well at home and in the community. You will follow her personal plan, assist with daily tasks, meals, shopping, appointments, and activities, and maintain records.
The role includes some personal care and medication support, with day and night shifts on a 2:1 rota and paid sleep-in shifts. DBS check required; female applicants only.
