You will link patients with clinicians, assist with check-in and help patients navigate digital systems, contributing to a smooth, patient-centred service.
Training will be provided on SystmOne and Rapid Health. The role requires customer service experience and an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care, with GCSEs in English
