Southern Housing is seeking a fire safety subject matter expert to ensure homes comply with statutory and organisational requirements. Based largely in the field, you will advise staff and contractors, audit schemes, investigate incidents and quality-assure fire risk assessments.
A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. You will work with fire services, PAP, HSE and regulators, and help residents with fire safety at forums.
