What the job involves
- Deliver EYFS learning activities for individuals and groups, adapting provision to children's needs
- Plan, deliver and evaluate learning with teachers, monitoring and recording progress
- Give targeted support to pupils with additional learning, social, emotional or developmental needs
- Promote wellbeing, independence and positive behaviour, including personal care where needed
- Build relationships with families, colleagues and external professionals to support development and achievement
