A 30-hour Learning Mentor post in the Learning Support team at Exmouth Community College, part of the Ted Wragg Trust. The team has around 25 Learning Mentors, managed by Assistant SENDCos and Senior Learning Mentors on a day-to-day basis. Mentors support students in and out of the classroom, helping them make academic progress across all key stages, including small group work and support for individual students. Experience with students who have special educational needs and disabilities is welcome, though an interest in a career in support is also considered.
