Hyde Group is seeking a senior leader to head the property maintenance division, reporting to the Director of Property Maintenance. The post oversees responsive repairs, out-of-hours work, voids and disrepair, with responsibility for performance, budgets and high-value contracts.
You will lead managers and multidisciplinary teams in a complex repairs or housing service, ensuring safety, value for money and high resident satisfaction through continuous improvement.
