This nursing post sits within the Essex clinical team of MSI Reproductive Choices, a sexual and reproductive health provider. The core of the work is clinical care: abortion care, early medical and surgical procedures, and contraceptive services with counselling. Clients are supported to reach their own informed decisions, with person-centred care from first contact to follow-up. Applicants must hold active NMC Adult registration, and newly qualified nurses are not being considered.
What the job involves
- Deliver safe, evidence-based abortion care
- Provide early medical and surgical procedures
- Provide contraceptive services and counselling
- Support clients to make informed decisions about their own healthcare
- Give holistic, person-centred care throughout the client journey
Registration & licences
- Active, valid NMC Adult registration
Experience
- Experienced registered nurse (newly qualified nurses not accepted)
