Essex Eating Disorders Team is recruiting for an intensive support pathway role delivering home-based care to children and young people with eating disorders across Essex, Southend and Thurrock. The post involves regular travel to carry out meal support, health monitoring and hospital-based visits to ensure safe discharge and continuity of care.
You will work with therapists on Family-Based Therapy, coordinate with GPs and schools, and maintain comprehensive clinical records to track progress
