Essex Cares, known internally as ECL, North team, is seeking a Trusted Assessor to carry out initial assessments, develop outcome-focused support plans, and conduct customer reviews in customers' homes and community settings.
You will work closely with health and social care colleagues, use your driving licence and a personal vehicle for travel around the Essex area, and complete Enhanced DBS checks as required.
