North London Partners Shared Service is seeking a service development manager to lead automation services across multiple corporate lines. You will manage a small RPA team, coordinating with operational and technical staff and NHS Trust partners to meet KPIs and SLAs.
You will drive automation initiatives, integrate AI tools with DXC Technology, and ensure governance and cost efficiency while maintaining NHS standards. On-site work is required three days a week.
